Megger DET4TC2 Earth Testing Kit with Clamps

The Megger DET4TC2 Earth Testing Kit with Clamps uses the Megger DET4TC2 Digital Earth Tester as its base device. It can perform an array of functions for ground testing including two, three-, and four-pole testing, leakage current, and ground-voltage measurement whilst advanced interference cancelling permits accurate readings in noisy environments. Its IP54 weatherproof rating, simple operation, and backlit screen make it a superb instrument in the outdoor conditions associated with ground-testing.

The Megger DET4TC2 Clamp Kit contains an ICLAMP which allows the tester to take measurements using attached rod technique (ART). This means that the user can perform electrode testing without disconnection and also measure leakage currents as low as 1mA. The other clamp, the VCLAMP, allows stake-less testing for when conditions are not suited to driving in stakes.

Overall, the Megger DET4TC2 Clamp Kit uses an excellent base instrument with extremely accurate measurement functions and provides clamps which add two very useful extra capabilities.
