Kewtech KTD30 Insulation & Continuity Tester

The Kewtech KTD30 is a comprehensive insulation and continuity tester that offers three insulation test voltages: 250V DC for SELV and PELV circuits, 500V and 1000V. The 200mA continuity test has an auto-null feature for the resistance of the test leads. This can null out up to 2Ω, which caters for the long extension leads used in R2 testing. In both the insulation and continuity functions there is a "hands free" mode which, when activated, allows the unit to measure whatever is across its test probes at that moment. This added feature of the KTD30 saves time and makes testing more convenient to the user. An important "live circuit" warning is provided if live circuits are inadvertently left on before the start of a test.
