The MI3500 Smartec Plus 17th Edition Kit comprises of the Metrel MI 3111 Smartec Plus Insulation and Continuity Tester, and the Metrel MI 3112 Smartec Plus Loop, PSC, PFC and RCD Combination Tester supplied in a hard carry case.
This combined kit will perform all tests required by BS7671 and 17th Edition standards.

Both these testers have recently been re-designed with ease of use, portability and speed in mind. The Metrel MI 3111 and MI 3112 are now both battery powered, with a built in charger and re-chargeable batteries included. Metrel Smartec Plus MI 31112 Loop, PSC, PFC and RCD Combination Tester:
Will carry out a High Current Loop Test, 3 Phase Safe, including Phase to Phase with Automatic PSC and PFC test.
An automatic RCD test that allows all 6 tests to be carried out with one visit to the RCD on AC, AC Selective, DC and DC Selective RCD's. 0-180°, Selectable 25/50V Touch Voltage, plus buit in RCD Ramp Test.
