Solar PV Installation Tool Kit - TMPV3The TMPV3 Solar PV Tool Kit is a professional standard solar installation and testing kit that is ideal for delegates training to gain MCS accreditation. TMPV3 Solar Installation Kit features The TM-206 Solar Irradiance Meter is a quality instrument that measures solar radiation. The level of solar irradiance can then be used to determine the optimum angle of inclination for solar panels so that maximum efficiency can be achieved from the system. The Metrel MD9230 Clamp Meter measures 1000A DC current and DC voltage up to 600V, allowing solar installers to perform operational tests on PV panels and assess performance of a solar array. The MC4 Solar Crimping Tool is designed for the correct and precision crimping of MC4 connectors. It ensures a perfect connection every time and is suitable for use on both male and female cable couplers. The MC4 Solar Spanners will speed up the installation process by quickly and simply tightening MC4 connectors. Complete with solar warning labels to clearly identify AC and DC electrical circuits within a PV installation, this solar tool kit holds a comprehensive array of solar test equipment and tools allowing the professional solar engineer to safely install, test and verify colar panels, strings and arrays. In addition, MCS requirements state that all test equipment used on solar installations must be calibrated; we supply both the TM-206 Solar Power Meter and Metrel MD9230 with Calibration Conformity Certificates to ensure correct and accurate operation at the time of manufacture. |
