The FLIR E60bx Thermal Imaging Camera is part of the new FLIR E-series range of IR cameras that have been designed specifically for building inspections including HVAC heating and cooling issues, air flow, moisture detection, insulation & plumbing problems and much more. The FLIR E60bx offers a 25° field of view and a fantastic screen resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (a total of 76,800 pixels). This thermal inspection camera can measure temperatures from -20°C up to 120°C and has an impressive thermal sensitivity of <0.045°C, providing accurate point and shoot camera operation to isolate problem areas during building inspections. The picture-in-picture feature allows an infra-red image to be overlayed while retaining all the measurement data, a very useful function when generating image reports. The FLIR TripleFusion takes infrared thermography to a new level by overlaying the rich detail of an infrared image over a hi-res visible light image in real-time, making it easier to identify critical problems more quickly and accurately.

The Flir E60bx is the industry's first thermal imaging camera capable of using Wi-Fi connectivity to link with mobile devices such as an Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch to speed up analysis, reporting and sharing. Simply download the FLIRViewer App from the Apple Store and you're ready to import thermal images directly from your E-Series camera. Once transferred you have the option to add further measurement spots, adjust span and level, change colour palettes, create comprehensive reports and email your findings. The Wi-Fi capability of the Flir Ebx-series will have a big impact on your efficiency, productivity and credibilty.

Using FLIR's MeterLink enabled test and measurement devices in conjunction with the Flir E60bx you can wirelessly transmit critical data from these devices directly to your thermal imager and use these readings to annotate your thermal images to further support your findings and help to quantify the severity of electrical problems. Additionally you can create professional reports with thermal and visual images, measurement data and text & sketch annotations directly on board this infrared camera with Instant Report.

The real-time 60Hz image frequency of the E 60bx thermal camera allows for the capture of moving components such as internal winding problems and other faults in motors and mechanical systems. The FLIR E60 bx IR camera has a large and bright 3.5" LCD display that also acts as a touchscreen to give easy access to analytical tools such as adding a moveable spot, fine tuning the temperature range and enhancing the image by changing the colour palette. This Flir thermal camera includes both radiometric and non-radiometric IR video streaming, manual focus and has the FLIR Tools software for the acquisition of camera updates.
