Testo 320-2 Flue Gas Analyser Printer Kit

This product has now been discontinued and replaced by the Testo 320 Flue Gas Analyser.

The Testo 320-2 Flue Gas Analyser Printer Kit is a multifunctional instrument for performing high definition measurements on heating and combustion systems for effective flue gas analysis with an infrared printer that allows you to document your results to clients and customers.

The Testo 320 is suited to testing and tuning all types of boilers as well as setting up and commissioning more complex multi-stage or modulating heating systems. In addition, its wide measurement range makes it ideal for eliminating malfunctions and monitoring legal limit values. In addition, the Testo 320-2 comes with an H2 Compensated CO Sensor which filters out the hydrogen, allowing improved accuracy over a greater range of readings.

Testo 320-2 Flue Gas Analyser Features

  • H2 Compensated Sensor for improved CO readings
  • Zeroing of gas sensors in just 30 seconds allowing rapid start-up
  • Integrated sensor diagnostics and monitoring to ensure accurate readings
  • Memory storage for up to 500 tests
  • Long lasting sensors and quick drain condensate trap
  • Integrated magnets on rear for easily fixing to boilers for hands-free operation
  • High definition graphical display with intuitive menu navigation

The Testo 320-2 Printer Kit has two measurement sensors for O2 and CO, as well as a temperature sensor integrated into the flue gas probe. From these readings the instrument calculates all relevant flue gas measurement parameters such as CO2 value, degree of effectively and flue gas loss.

The colour display of the 320 flue gas analyser clearly shows readings, calculations and functions while the simple navigation allows busy service engineers to quickly perform a whole host of HVAC tests in a short space of time. Innovative features include the flue gas matrix which allows the graphical display of combustion characteristics so that heating efficiency can be shown and simply adjusted.
