Testo 330-2 LL Flue Gas Analyser

This product is discontinued, it has been replaced by the Testo 300 LL Smart Flue Gas Analyser Standard Kit.

The Testo 330-2 LL Flue Gas Analyser is an advanced, practical flue gas analyser capable of performing a range of tasks and then displaying them in a clear, concise manner on its 240 x 320 pixel colour display.

The 330-2 LL can measure variables such as temperature, CO, CO2, differential pressure, draught, exhaust gas loss, O2, and efficiency to a high degree of accuracy so it is incredibly versatile. In addition, there is a handy input for an NO probe (sold separately). CO measurement is aided by automatic dilution from 8,000ppm up to 30,000ppm.

Extended measurement menus allow the user to tailor the test to the appropriate system and fuel, thereby gaining a comprehensive picture of the performance of a system. The extensive series of measurements are then visualised in real time on the display and the ‘traffic light’ presentation lets the user gain an overall picture of a system’s health at a glance. Furthermore, the zeroing process lasts just 30 seconds and the probe can remain in the flue during zeroing which also saves time.

The 330-2 LL is a datalogging analyser with space for 500,000 readings so the user does not have to worry about using up the memory and he/she can track a long-term measurement curve. USB connectivity allows easy data transfer to a computer whilst IR wireless communication with printers, the Testo 308 Smoke Tester and PCs also comes as standard. The device is compatible with a Testo printer such as the one included in the 'Pro set with printer' kit.

The sensors can last up to 6 years with correct maintenance and probe filters are easily accessible for straightforward upkeep. The 330-2 LL is therefore a very practical, versatile measurement instrument with the capacity to take readings for a huge range of variables and then present them in a clear, simple way in order to quickly assess a system’s performance.
