Brymen BM161s AC/DC Current Clamp Meter

The Brymen BM161s Clamp Meter is a feature-rich instrument that measures AC/DC voltage up to 600V, DC current up to 1000A, AC current up to 800A, resistance up to 40MΩ, and capacitance up to 3000µF. It can also perform diode and continuity testing whilst several different ranges and resolutions for every measurement parameter help ensure precision. Current readings can be taken through the meter’s large jaw which has a maximum clamping diameter of 50mm whilst two red/black test leads are supplied for other applications.

Readings are displayed on the Brymen BM161s’ digital screen which also features data hold and max hold for further practicality. Furthermore, a zero function helps compensate for test leads when taking measurement readings. The user can select the appropriate test function using the meter’s simple slider and there are handy grooves for storing the test leads when not in use.

The Brymen BM161s Current Clamp Meter is safety-rated as Cat III 600V and comes supplied in a handy soft carry pouch. A 12-month warranty is supplied by the manufacturer.
