Castle Intrinsically Safe HAVi Manager HARM Vibration Pack

The Castle Intrinsically Safe HAVi Manager HARM Vibration Pack contains six, twelve or twenty-four Castle Intrinsically Safe HAVi HARM Vibration Exposure Timers, a heavy duty case for each timer, log books and multiple other useful accessories such as documentation, a training DVD, a risk tool kit and more. The kit contains everything needed to accurately monitor employees’ vibration exposure, thus safeguarding their health and complying with the Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.

The Castle Intrinsically Safe HAVi HARM Vibration Exposure Timer is easy to attach to any source of hand arm vibration using cable ties or a fabric tie and it is then simple to programme. The timer will then keep track of how long the operator is exposed to dangerous vibration frequencies. The time and vibration acceleration are both shown on the clear LCD screen alongside calculated HSE exposure points. An amber warning illuminates once exposure points have passed 100 and a red light shows when the total passes 400.

The compact size of the Castle IS HAVi allows it to sit on a tool without having any effect on operations. It is completely water and dust proof and is fully certified as intrinsically safe for use in hazardous environments where a danger is posed by potential explosions. A heavy duty rubber case for the timer is included as standard to help protect the timer from bumps and knocks.

A log book is included for every Castle IS HAVi in the kit, thus allowing machinery operators to keep a permanent, physical record of vibration exposure throughout the day. Further documentation includes a tool inventory, risk tool kit, risk elimination form, risk reduction and control form, and HAVi manager documentation. A training presentation and DVD are also included in the bundle. To select the correct number of timers, please use the drop-down menu above.
