Chauvin Arnoux CA1823 Single-Channel Resistance Thermometer

The Chauvin Arnoux CA1823 Single-Channel Resistance Thermometer can work with a Pt100 or Pt1000 temperature probe to measure temperature from -100˚C to 400˚C with a resolution of 0.1˚C and accuracy of ±0.4%. Pt100 and Pt1000 probes offer greater accuracy and repeatability than traditional thermocouples. Please note that probes are not provided as standard with the thermometer.

The wide backlit display on the Chauvin Arnoux CA1823 clearly shows temperature readouts and the thermometer also boasts min/max recording and data hold which freezes the displayed value on screen. The user can set personalised alarms and any instance when an alarm is triggered will be recorded to the internal memory.

The Chauvin Arnoux CA1823 has a large internal memory with enough space for up to 1 million values. The thermometer has both Bluetooth and USB connectivity so it is easy to download information to both a PC and Bluetooth-enabled smart device. Navigating the memory and functions is very easy thanks to the simple push-button interface and the user can perform both spot and pre-programmed measurement sequences.

A long battery life of 1000 hours (3 years in long-term mode) means that the Chauvin Arnoux 1823 is suitable for temperature monitoring. Data Logger Transfer software is available for free from the Chauvin Arnoux website and will facilitate data downland and automatic report generation. The casing is IP54 rated and has a two-year warranty.
