Chauvin Arnoux CA5003 Analogue Multimeter

The Chauvin Arnoux CA5003 Analogue Multimeter is a handy multimeter which measures parameters such as AC/DC voltage (600V), AC/DC current (15A), and resistance. It can also perform continuity tests and has an additional fuse testing function. Another useful feature is the ‘Voltest’ LED which warns the user of voltage presence when measuring resistance. Different ranges are available for measuring each parameter and this includes µA for current so the user can get very precise, dependable readings with a basic accuracy of 1.5%

Readings are displayed via a responsive needle along a traditional analogue display which reacts quickly to display dynamic or fluctuating readings. The ‘Voltest’ and ‘Fus’ LEDs are supplemented by an audible buzzer alarm for continuity testing and the operation is clearly chosen and displayed via a simple dial.

The Chauvin Arnoux CA5003 is doubly insulated in accordance with IEC61010-1 Cat III 600V and has a shock-proof holster to absorb the impacts of field use. Furthermore, an articulated Multistand™ allows the instrument to sit upright near to connections, thus ensuring that the operator need not turn his/her back to check readings.
