The Eco-Eye Smart 300 Three-Phase Electricity Monitor is a high-resolution electricity monitor that can take transmissions once every four seconds, or 20,000 times a day. The monitor has a large, clear screen that features a single numerical value for each display option that allows the user to see consumption in terms of kW, cost or amps.

The Eco-Eye Smart 300 is a ‘wire-free’ device that can run from batteries for up to two-years or from the mains. As a battery-powered instrument, the electricity monitor can be moved all around a premises to target the most concerning areas whilst retaining a fast update rate.

In addition to the clear digital screen, the Eco-Eye Smart 300 has three LEDs that light up when a transmission is being received. The ‘traffic light’ system shows if a transmission complies with the standards set by the user and it is possible to show consumption as a percentage of daily target in kWh when the user inputs this value.

Real-time data can be transferred directly to a PC from the Eco-Eye Smart 300 via a USB cable, or the totals for the three-phases can be stored to an MMC card. This card has enough memory for 10 years’ worth of readings when they are taken once every four seconds. Trax software can be used to analyse information from the monitor and Trax TX software allows the user to stream each phase separately to the transmitter.
