ETI CaterTemp® Thermometer

The ETI CaterTemp® Thermometer is a professional digital thermometer for use in the food and catering industries. It can measure the core temperature of food from -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with ±0.4˚C accuracy and 0.1˚C resolution. The thermometer has a regular type K thermocouple probe which has a 130mm pointed stainless steel tip and is attached to the thermometer body via a 1m coiled PU lead.

The ETI CaterTemp Thermometer has an LCD screen which clearly shows the temperature reading and also features a data hold function which freezes a reading on screen. It has a Biomaster additive within the casing which helps prevent bacterial growth and the robust ABS material is ideal for withstanding the challenges of day-to-day use. It is powered by three AAA batteries, is HACCP-approved and has a battery life of 10,000 hours.
