ETI DOT Digital Oven Thermometer

The ETI DOT Digital Oven Thermometer is a handy oven thermometer that is capable of measuring core food temperature from -50˚C to 300˚C with a 1˚C resolution and ±1˚C accuracy. Measurements are taken via a 114mm penetration probe attached to the thermometer by a 1.2m stainless steel braided lead which allows the probe to remain in food during cooking. A range of interchangeable probes with jack connections can be used for different applications.

Readings are shown on the ETI DOT’s clear digital screen alongside the alarm trigger level. A single high alarm can be set at adjustable levels. The 70dB audible alarm is loud enough to be heard in busy commercial kitchens and the screen will also flash to alert the user.

The ETI DOT is designed to sit on a worktop on a fold out stand but it is also possible to attach the thermometer to appliance using the magnets on the back of the casing. It has an IP65 waterproof rating.
