ETI Heavy Duty Waterproof Catering Thermometer

The ETI Heady Duty Waterproof Catering Thermometer is a T-shaped temperature measuring instrument that can be used to measure the core temperature of food during storage, transport or cooking. It has an integrated stainless steel probe (125mm or 300mm, select above) with a ø5mm diameter and a reduced tip which provides a faster response. It measures temperature from -49.9˚C to 149.9˚C with 0.1˚C resolution and ±1˚C accuracy.

The T-shaped design of the thermometer is very practical and its robust polycarbonate housing can withstand the challenges of day-to-day use in a commercial kitchen. The IP66/67 rating certifies that the ETI thermometer is suitable for being cleaned in the dishwasher. A clear digital screen clearly shows readings and there are data hold and min/max reading functions. The battery lasts for 5000 hours with typical use.
