ETI Pro-Surface Thermapen® 3 Surface Thermometer
The ETI Pro-Surface Thermapen® 3 Surface Thermometer is designed to measure the surface temperature of hotplates and grills in order to ascertain whether they are at the appropriate temperature for cooking. It has a temperature measurement range of -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with ±0.4˚C accuracy and 0.1˚C resolution across most of the range. Measurements are taken via a pivoting probe which has a swivel head, thus permitting flush contact against the target surface.
The ETI Pro-Surface Thermapen® 3 Surface Thermometer has a 1500-hour battery life and displays readings on its 14.5mm LCD screen. ‘Biomaster’ additive within the plastic casing adds antibacterial properties and a rubber seal helps prevent food, dust and water ingress. The thermometer is HACCP-approved and comes with a calibration certificate and a two-year warranty.
