ETI SuperFast Thermapen® 3 Digital Penetration Thermometer

The ETI SuperFast Thermapen® 3 Digital Penetration Thermometer can provide a temperature reading in just three seconds and measures the internal temperature of food from -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with a resolution of 0.1˚C/1˚C and accuracy of ±0.4˚C across the majority of the range. Readings are taken via a 115mm stainless steel probe with a ø3mm diameter tip that folds back into the main body.

Readings are shown on the ETI SuperFast Thermapen 3’s 14.5mm LCD display and an innovative auto-on/auto-off system helps preserve the battery. The washable, splash-proof casing has ‘Biomaster’ additive, thus making it antibacterial, and there is a rubber seal to prevent dust, food and water ingress. The thermometer has a battery life of 1500 hours, comes with a traceable calibration certificate, and is covered by a two-year warranty.
