ETI TempTest® 2 Food Processing Thermometer

The ETI TempTest® 2 Food Processing Thermometer is a versatile type K thermometer that is capable of measuring core, air, surface or liquid temperatures depending on the probe. It provides precise (0.1˚C) readings from -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with ±0.4˚C ± 0.1% accuracy. The thermometer comes supplied with a permanently attached handheld probe that is available in penetration, air or surface modes. Simply select the probe style with the drop-down menu above.

Readings are displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the ETI TempTest 2’s large digital screen. A 360˚ rotating screen means that it is very easy to view from awkward angles, great for day-to-day food processing practicalities. Display hold is available and it is also possible to perform min/max recording with the thermometer. Operation is undertaken through just three buttons. Measurements are given in just three seconds, making the thermometer one of the fastest on the market.

IP67-rated casing means that the ETI TempTest 2 is highly water-resistant and it includes Biomaster antibacterial additive that helps prevent bacterial growth. The 5000-hour battery life can be preserved with an automatic power off function. The thermometer comes supplied with a probe and a calibration certificate and can be used as part of an HACCP procedure.
