The ETI Therma 20 Professional Catering Thermometer Kit is an ideal solution for performing day-to-day checks in the food and catering industry. It features an ETI Therma 20 Thermometer, a penetration probe, an air wire probe, temperature log book, tub of 70 probe wipes, and ABS hard carry case.

The ETI Therma 20 Single-Channel Thermometer is specifically designed for the food industry. It can measure the core temperature of food from -39.9˚C to 149.9˚C via a range of interchangeable thermistor probes. A low operating temperature range (≥-20˚C) and antibacterial Biomaster additive within the casing make this thermometer great for day-to-day use and it complies with European Standard EN13485.

Two thermistor probes are included in the ETI Professional Catering Kit. The first is a penetration probe (no. 174-166) which has a 130mm x ø3.3mm stainless steel shaft and provides measurements from -40˚C to 150˚C with a response time of less than two seconds. The second probe is an air/gas wire probe that measures air temperature from -40˚C to 150˚C, ideal for checking chill cabinets, storage areas, offices and more. Readings are taken via a ø3.7mm x 30mm probe. Each probe has an attached lead with a Lumberg connection.

Other items contained within the ETI Professional Catering Kit include a tub of 70 probe wipes which allow the user to keep the probes clean and accurate for inspections. There is also a temperature log book for recording results and a hard ABS carry case with room for all of the components.
