ETI Therma 3 Budget Catering Kit

The ETI Therma 3 Budget Catering Kit is a great value set which has multiple applications in the catering industry. The main instrument in the set is the ETI Therma 3 Industrial Thermometer which is capable of measuring temperature between -100˚C and 1372˚C using a variety of different probes. The standard type K connection works with probes from any manufacturer and readings are given with a resolution of 1˚C and an accuracy of ±1˚C. The thermometer has a clear digital screen with a display hold function and strong housing with Biomaster antibacterial additive.

There are two probes supplied in the ETI Therma 3 Budget Catering Kit. A stainless steel penetration probe has a ø3.3mm x 130mm shaft which can penetrate into liquids and semi-solids. It has a measurement range of -75˚C to 250˚C, ideal for checks on frozen food and during cooking. The second probe is a PTFE wire probe capable of measuring air temperature in fridges, freezers, kitchens and ovens from -75˚C to 250˚C. It has a 1m measuring wire with a very narrow ø1.5mm diameter.

Other accessories in the ETI Therma 3 Budget Catering Kit include a calibration certificate, a tub of 70 probe wipes, a temperature log book with space for recording results and an ABS carry case allows the user to store and transport the kit safely and securely.
