The ETI Therma Plus Food Processing Thermometer is an extremely durable thermometer for use in the food processing and catering industries. It has a universally compatible type K thermocouple connection which allows the thermometer to work with a huge assortment of different probes for measuring air, liquid and surface temperature. It has a measurement range of -99.9˚C to 1372˚C with an autoranging function that adjusts resolution between 0.1˚C and 1˚C. Readings are accurate to ±0.4˚C ± 0.1%.

Readings are shown on the ETI Therma Plus’ 12mm LCD screen and there is a display hold function that freezes the current reading on screen, ideal for when readings are not immediately visible. The strong extruded aluminium casing is IP66/67 rated meaning that the thermometer is fully waterproof. Additionally, the casing is finished with antibacterial and salt resistant powder for additional hygiene properties.

The ETI Therma Plus has an automatic power off function that helps preserve the battery and has a 5000-hour operating time. Colour coding is possible with a choice of seals selectable using the dropdown menu above. To add a waterproof penetration probe, simply click the checkbox above.
