Extech 382357 Ground Resistance Clamp

The Extech 382357 Ground Resistance Clamp is a high accuracy clamp-on device that allows users to measure ground resistance without the use of auxiliary ground spikes and without having to disconnect the ground under test.

The Extech 382357 provides users with the ability to measure auto ranging ground resistance from 0.003 to 1500Ω with 0.002 resolution and True RMS AC leakage current range of 0.2mA to 30.00A.  

This Earth Resistance Tester has a data logging function that enables up to 116 records to be stored and recalled when required with programmable Hi/Lo alarms should exceeded values be detected . Suitable for use on multiple point grounded systems, the Extech 382357 is the perfect Clamp-On Ground Resistance Tester for verifying earth resistance of cellular transmission towers and telephone-electrical ground rods thanks to the 23mm jaw size. 

Measurements are displayed on the four digit (9999 count) LCD screen with data hold function. The Extech 382357 is powered by a 9V battery with a battery life of up to 3000 measurements. The auto power off function helps save the battery life should the tester be idle.

The Extech 382357 conducts an automatic self calibration when the tester is powered on and also meets the requirements for IEC1010‐1 Category III 300V and Category II 600V
