The FLIR E40 is a powerful thermal imaging camera capable of measuring temperatures up to 650°C and detecting differences as low as 0.07°C, making it an expert at locating issues with electrical installations and plumbing systems.

The FLIR E40 offers a 25° field of view and a resolution of 160 x 120 pixels (a total of 19,200 pixels). To further enhance the quality of thermal images, the E40 is now equipped with FLIR's patented MSX imaging feature (see additional thumbnail image for examples). This uniques feature adds even more definition to your thermal images by allowing numbering, labels and additional texture to become visible. In addition, the picture-in-picture feature allows an infra-red image to be overlayed while retaining all the temperature data, particularly useful when generating inspection reports.

The FLIR E40 IR camera has a large LCD display and touchscreen interface that simplifies operation and gives instant access to a range of measurement tools, image modes and archived data. Capable of using Wi-Fi connectivity to link with mobile devices, the E40 makes short work of thermal image analysis, reporting and sharing. Simply download the FLIRViewer App from the Apple Store and you're ready to import thermal images directly from your camera. Once transferred you have the option to add further measurement spots, adjust span and level, change colour palettes, create detailed reports and email your findings. The Wi-Fi capability of this camera will have a big impact on your efficiency, productivity and credibility.

		160 x 120 pixel resolution The FLIR E40 infrared camera image resolution is 160 x 120 pixels, allowing a range of valuable thermal information to be displayed to isolate faults.
