The Kane 452NO Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit is a complete solution for carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance on oil-fired combustion systems and boilers. The Kane 452NO Flue Gas Analyser itself measures variables such as temperature, pressure, NO, CO, and CO2, and can also calculate oxygen level, combustion efficiency, CO/CO2 ratio and flue draught.

It is possible to perform a tightness & let by test and there is a structured commissioning test for new boilers in accordance with TB143. A dual-pump system helps protect the CO sensor from over-range damage. The Kane 452NO has a six-line display and a large internal memory that can save multiple readings for later viewing. Operation is carried out using the clearly labelled buttons.

The user can print results instantly using the Kane IRP-2 Infrared Printer. This printer connects wirelessly to the Kane 452NO and has a fast-printing function that allows the user to create instant hard copies.

For testing oil-based combustion systems, the Kane 452NO Oil Kit has a KANE MSP manual smoke pump and an oil pressure test kit. The smoke pump allows the user to draw smoke through filter paper and then compare the paper to a reference chart, thereby allowing calibration of the burner.

All the standard accessories of the Kane 452NO are included. A probe allows testing flues whilst a pressure hose kit permits tightness and let by testing whilst a calibration certificate guarantees the instrument’s accuracy. A Kane rucksack is provided to store and transport the kit.
