The Kane 452NO Flue Gas Analyser measures CO levels (0 to 2000ppm), NO (0 to 100ppm), differential temperature, and differential pressure (±80mbar) and can even directly measure CO2 from 0 to 20% via an infrared sensor. This enables calculation of O2 level, excess air, CO/CO2 ratio and combustion efficiency. Additionally, one of the most impressive features of the analyser is the NO measurement from 0 to 100ppm.

Carbon monoxide measurement is aided by a dual pump system that provides over-range protection and there is even a structured commissioning test which carries out the testing of new boilers in accordance with Technical Bulletin 143. The Kane 452NO is compatible with systems burning a wide range of different fuels.

The analyser has various applications including installation and servicing of appliances, performing safety checks, measuring ambient CO build up, let by & tightness testing, assessing combustion performance and flue draught measurements.

The Kane 452NO has a six-line LCD display with a data hold function that can freeze results on screen. Additionally, readings are saved to the analyser’s large internal memory and can be recalled to the screen or printed using an infrared fast printer. The analyser comes supplied with a flue probe, pressure connectors, a charger and calibration report.
