The Kane 457 Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit features a range of useful accessories that complement the Kane 457 Flue Gas Analyser. The analyser itself measures variables such as CO2, ambient CO, temperature and pressure and can also calculate flue draught, excess air, CO/CO2 ratio and air oxygen content. This means it has applications in combustion performance and efficiency checks, commercial catering, safety checks (including CO), and indoor air quality.

The Kane 457 has a four-line digital display capable of showing values for multiple parameters at once and it is capable of logging readings over a specified time period to its sizeable internal memory. Operation is carried out through a clearly labelled dial and the analyser benefits from sturdy rubber casing.

Several accessories in the CPA1 Kit improve the testing capabilities of the Kane 457. The Kane GLD450plus Gas Leak Detector allows the user to check for leaking hydrocarbon gases and ammonia, detecting concentrations as low as 50ppm. The tic rate and LED flash can be used to pinpoint the exact location of a leak.

There is a set of temperature probes in the Kane 457 CPA1 Kit which can be used with the analyser. A KAL1 air liquid temperature probe can measure temperature from -50˚C to 500˚C and has a universal type K connection. Two KPCP pipe clamp temperature probes allow the user to measure differential temperature between inflow and outflow pipes.

To increase the scope of the Kane 457, an ASP2 appliance sampling probe kit is included for performing inspections on flueless appliances. There is a 250mm grill probe with oval supports and a 125mm sampling probe for gas fires. Furthermore, a third and final probe is a general purpose probe with a 325mm shaft for use on a variety of flueless appliances. A 2m hose with a compression fitting is also included.

Files can be transferred to an iOS or Android smart device using Kane Live software or the Kane printer app via an incorporated wireless module.

The Kane 457 CPA1 Kit includes a Kane IRP-3 Infrared Printer which can wirelessly connect to the analyser in order to print fast results on site. Additionally, a large carry case allows the user to transport and store the entire set.

Kane Live & Printer Apps

For further increased functionality, select to add the optional Wireless Module from the check box above and relay information directly to the Kane Live & Printer apps. Analysers MUST have a wireless module fitted to be compatible.

The Kane Live App is compatible with Android Devices and free from the Play Store. This multilingual App includes several extremely useful features beneficial for anyone with a Flue Gas Analyser. See your test results live on your smart device and even tag them with real-time GPS data & printouts all while still physically on site. Printouts can be shared along with downloaded analyser logs as CSV files, with analyser user details amendable within the App itself.

The Kane Printer App is compatible with Android/iOS and is free from both the Play & App Store. With this app users can quickly connect to their analyser and view test results before emailing them to their contacts. Log each test location via GPS then save printouts to edit before transfer. Fully customise personal notes even in poor lighting conditions as a useful NightMode is incorporated within the app.
