The Kane 905 Commercial Flue Gas Analyser is an ideal instrument for engineers working on installing, commissioning and maintaining commercial appliances running from a variety of oils, gases and biomass fuels. As standard, it is capable of measuring oxygen (0 to 25%), CO (0 to 4000ppm), differential pressure, and inlet/flue gas/differential temperature. Additionally, there are calculation options that can produce values for CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, excess air, and combustion efficiency.

Further measurement sensors are available as additional options thanks to the analyser’s upgradeable design. The Kane 905 has options for enhanced CO (0 to 100,000ppm), NO (0 to 100ppm; 0 to 5000ppm), O2 (0 to 1000ppm), and SO2 (0 to 100ppm; 0 to 5000ppm). NOx values can be calculated when the appropriate sensor is added. It is also possible to add a wireless Android module that enables data transfer over KANE LIVE software and the free Kane printer app. Please note that each Kane 905 can be fitted with a maximum of TWO additional sensors.

Up to eight readings can be shown simultaneously on the Kane 905’s four-line digital display and it is operated via a simple push button interface The analyser has a large internal memory that can store up to 150 test results and it is capable of communicating wirelessly with an optional IR printer to create hard copies on site.

The Kane 905 comes supplied with a flue probe, a charger, carry case and a calibration report. It has a battery life of over 8 hours and has a portable lightweight design despite its heavy duty applications.
