Keller LEO Record Digital Manometer (1000bar)

The Keller LEO Record Digital Manometer can take absolute pressure measurements between 0 and 1000bar with accuracy of ±0.1% FS and a resolution of 200mbar, which makes it ideal for heavy duty industrial applications. Measurements are taken via the gauge’s G ¼” male pressure connector.

The digital screen on the Keller LEO Record clearly displays pressure readings in a number of different units (bar, mbar/hPa, kP, MP, PSI, kp/cm2, mH20) and boasts a min/max feature that displays the highest or lowest pressure recorded alongside the current pressure. A zero function effectively enables relative measurement in order to cancel out the effects of variable barometric pressure.

One of the standout features of the Keller LEO Record is the large internal memory which has space for up to 57,000 readings (dependent on measuring rate). Readings can be taken as intensively as once per second and it makes the manometer ideal for long-term assessment of industrial processes.

Data transfer from the Keller LEO Record is carried out via the RS485 Fischer connection. An optional Keller K114A adaptor is needed to convert this to a USB cable. The user can configure the pressure gauge with supplied Keller Logger 5 software which is also useful for exporting, analysing and reporting data.

The IP65 ingress protection rating of the Keller LEO Record means that the user can rely on it in challenging conditions and long-term monitoring is further facilitated by a battery life of up to two years.
