Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (1000bar)

The Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has an extended absolute pressure range of 0bar to 1000bar with resolution of 100mbar and accuracy of ±0.05% FS. This makes it suitable for calibration, laboratory, and specialist industrial applications. It has a piezoresistive pressure transducer and a G1/4” male pressure connection.

The Keller LEX1 Ei is certified as intrinsically safe and can therefore be safely used in hazardous environments such as mines, oil rigs and pharmaceutical factories. It has certification files PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028 X and is classified as Zone 1: Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T6 Gb.

The pressure gauge offers a number of different units of pressure and displays readings on its clear digital screen. It has a digital calibration function with a zero and end point in addition to a zero function and min/max recording.

The RS485 Fischer data connection on the Keller LEX1 Ei allows the gauge to work as part of a wider monitoring system, although an optional Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is required to use this function. Free Keller CCS30 software can be used to coordinate a Keller-Bus protocol with up to 128 temperature and pressure instruments.
