Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (400bar)

The Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has an absolute pressure measurement range of 0 to 400bar with an accuracy of ±0.05% FS and a resolution of 20mbar. It is suitable for specialist applications including calibration and laboratory use and takes measurements via a G ¼” male connector.

The Keller LEX1 Ei is an intrinsically safe instrument and is therefore safe to use in hazardous environments where there is a risk of combustion. It has an intrinsically safe classification of zone 1: Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T6 Gb and certification files PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028 X.

Pressure readings are available in a number of different units on the Keller LEX1 Ei’s clear digital screen. It has a digital calibration function with a zero point and end point whilst the min/max recording feature captures extreme values.

The Keller LEX1 Ei is capable of communicating with a monitoring network over its RS485 Fischer connection, however a Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is needed for this function. Keller CCS30 software – available for free from the Keller website – can be used to coordinate the system with up to 128 instruments in a Keller-Bus protocol.

The Keller Lex1 Ei has just two buttons, which makes operation very easy, and also boasts an IP65 rating and a 2000-hour battery life.
