Martindale VIPDLOKPRO150-S Safe Isolation Kit

The 16-piece Martindale VIPDLOKPRO150 Safe Isolation Kit is a comprehensive locking out solution for all installations. It contains multiple accessories including a voltage detector, proving unit, and a locking out set.

The Martindale VI15000 Voltage Tester is a two-pole voltage detector that is capable of sensing AC/DC voltage between 50V to 690V and therefore meets the requirements for all categories within BSEN61010. It has an LED display which clearly indicates the presence of voltage and gives a nominal value.

To help ensure accuracy from the tester, a Martindale PD690 Proving Unit is supplied as standard. It checks the tester throughout its range and is supplied in the same case so the two instruments are always at hand.

To physically lock off a circuit, multiple locks are provided including a fuse holder lock, spring locks and a padlock with a unique key which prevents inadvertent tampering.

When multiple electricians are working on the same installation, the steel safety hasp can be used for up to six padlocks. This means that there will never be confusion and potential danger if a larger team is working at the same time.

Additionally, five warning tags are provided so the user can make things clear for anyone who happens to pass by. A marker pen allows him/her to add notes such as initials and an estimated finish time.
