The Megger PAT320 Industrial PAT Testing Kit includes a powerful PAT tester and a wide range of adaptors that allow safety testing on various industrial appliances. The kit is therefore ideal for use in manufacturing and production environments.

The Megger PAT320 PAT Tester is a powerful industrial appliance tester that is capable of a range of standard PAT tests such as 200mA earth bond continuity, 250V/500V insulation resistance, polarity checking, and substitute leakage measurement. More advanced testing functions include high-current earth bond testing at 10A and 25A; differential and touch leakage measurement, RCD testing and extension lead testing.

Several other practical features make the Megger PAT320 a great option for industrial PAT testing. Firstly, an integrated 110V test socket means there is no need for an additional adaptor to test 110V/16A appliances commonly used in the construction and maintenance sectors. Secondly, there are automated test sequences for Class I and Class II appliances and extension leads as well as individual test trigger buttons. Readings are displayed on the clear backlit screen and the rugged design is ideal for industrial environments.

Various adaptors are included with the Megger PAT320 Industrial PAT Kit. Firstly, two pairs of adaptors are included for both 230V/16A and 230V/32A industrial appliances and extension leads. 4- and 5-pin adaptors are also included for 415V/16A and 415V/32A three-phase appliances and extension leads which are often found in production plants and factories. Additionally, 110V adaptors are provided for 16A or 32A extension leads and 16A appliances.

A full set of PAT labels are included with the Megger PAT320 Industrial PAT Kit. This includes PASS and FAIL labels with sets of PassWrap and PermaTAG labels for use outdoors or indoors. Further accessories are supplied as standard with the tester and these include an IEC extension lead adaptor, carry case, and earth bond test lead.
