    Metrel MI3325 MultiServicer XD Machinery / Electrical Safety Tester

    Metrel MI3325

    The Metrel MI3325 MultiServicer XD Machinery / Electrical Safety Tester is a multifunction instrument that is useful for performing a wide range of different tests on industrial machinery. These include standard electrical safety tests such as earth bond continuity, HV AC testing, insulation tests and leakage current (sub leakage, differential, PE, touch).

    It is also capable of more sophisticated functional tests and RCD testing in addition to polarity and current measurement with clamps. The Metrel MI3325 can measure voltage, frequency and phase rotation, perform a varistor test, measure voltage drop and measure discharge time. Notably, there is a loop and line impedance testing function with prospective fault current measurement.

    The Metrel MI3325 is operated via a 4.3” colour touch screen and a set of simple navigation buttons. Metrel’s AUTOSEQUENCEs enable quick, comprehensive testing of pre-saved instruments. Built-in help screens assist the operator during use and the tester also has an integrated fuse table that allows automatic evaluation of the line/loop impedance result. All three voltages in three-phase systems are monitored in real time and the unit is suitable for TT, TN, IT and 115V supply systems.

    Various communication channels are available on the Metrel MI3325 including wireless Bluetooth connectivity, an RS-232 port, a USB port and an Ethernet port. This allows pre-set test sequences or data to be uploaded to the tester from a PC and test results to be downloaded back to the PC from the 8GB SD card memory (expandable up to 32GB).

    The Metrel MI3325 can test the safety of machinery in accordance with IEC/EN 60204 Ed.5 and IEC 60204 Ed.6; the safety of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear in accordance with IEC/EN 61439-1 Ed.2; the safety of portable appliances in accordance with VDE 0701-0702 and AS / NZS 3760 Code of Practice; and the safety of arc welding equipment in compliance to IEC/EN 60974-4 Ed.2 (Metrel A1422 adaptor required).

    At Test-Meter.co.uk we understand the importance of a reliable delivery service when shopping online. Especially when the goods are often essential to your working day. You can even manage your booking online and re-arrange delivery for another date or arrange the goods to be left with a neighbour of your choice.

    We also offer delivery options for goods required urgently on certain products, all which are sent by DPD/Interlink.
