The Seaward Powertest 1557 Best of British Part P tester is equiped with the main functions to carry out installation testing required by Part P installers and electricians. The Powertest 1557 is an extremely cost effective tester that offers great functionality and value for its user.

Using the unique cordless probe function, The Powertest 1557 makes testing a breeze as it allows you a free hand to hold your tester and therefore you can view your results, as you’re testing. Further to this the Seaward Powertest 1557 includes all the essential tests such as Continuity Testing, Automatic RCD testing, a quick no-trip Loop Impedance Test with automatic PSC and PFC calculation, Insulation Resistance testing up to 500V as well as voltage / frequency measurements.

As part of the Seaward's Best of British promotion the Powertest 1557 now comes complete with a full Manufactuers Calibration Certifcate, QuickCheck Test Card and Rugged Hard Carry Case.

The 1557 is powered by rechargable batteries and is compliant to EN 61557, IEC 61010-1 and is CAT III 300V rated.
