Sofamel BMTS-5/9 Telescopic Pole
The Sofamel BMTS-5/9 Telescopic pole provides users with four extendable sections which can be used to reach a distance of up to 8.75m. To diminish the risks to operator safety, the BMTS-5/9 withstands up to 420 kV worth of hazardous electrical current when fully extended.
Rated in accordance with IEC 60855, the BMTS-5/9's reinforced fiberglass body provides excellent protection against potentially dangerous currents. This telescopic pole is ideal for performing voltage detection and earthing (with the correct equipment), on high voltage installations in dry environments.
