Testo 176-H2 Temperature and Humidity Data Logger

The Testo 176-H2 Temperature and Humidity Data Logger measures temperature and humidity simultaneously via two external probes to monitor ambient conditions in storage and transport facilities. When connected to an NTC probe, the monitor has a temperature measurement range of -20˚C to 70˚C with accuracy of ±0.2˚C and resolution of 0.1˚C. A capacitive humidity sensor, meanwhile, will measure humidity between 0 and 100% RH. Please note that probes are not provided as standard with the Testo 176-H2.

The Testo 176-H2 is ideal for long-term assessment as it has a large internal memory for up to 2 million readings. The user can adjust the measurement rate between 1s and 24h so assessment can be extensive or intensive as required. The monitor also has an eight-year battery life so once installed it will last a very long time without the need for any further input from the user.

Data can be downloaded from the Testo 176-H2 using a USB cable or an SD card (not included) and a free ComSoft Basic software package can be downloaded from Testo’s website in order to analyse, report and archive data.

The Testo 176-H2 has tough metal casing which is highly impact resistant and IP68 ingress protection rated. It is therefore suitable for installation in a range of challenging conditions. A wall bracket is provided alongside the monitor in addition to a lock, battery, and calibration protocol. The lock means that data cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons so it is therefore completely secure.
