Testo 270 Cooking Oil Tester

The Testo 270 Cooking Oil Tester is an award-winning cooking oil tester which can give the user a reading for oil temperature and also a percentage reading for ‘total polar material’ which gives a sure indication of the quality of cooking oil. Furthermore, the device - in auto hold mode - gives a ‘traffic light’ indication of the state of the oil so the user will know whether it will need changing soon. Regular use allows the user to save up to 20% on oil costs.

Aside from its excellent testing capabilities, the Testo 270 also has several user-friendly features. The ergonomic design means that the probe can be inserted into the oil without exposing the hand to heat whilst the maximum and minimum depths for testing are marked on the probe shaft to simplify the device's operation. Settings for the ‘traffic light’ warning system can be set by the user and then protected by a PIN to avoid tampering.

The device has a two-year warranty and is a great way getting the most out of the oil in your kitchen. It is easily maintained and requires just a simple wash with water and a mild detergent after use.
