Testo 312-4 Gas and Water Pressure Meter
The Testo 312-4 Manometer measures water and gas pressure from 0 to 200hPa with a ±1% accuracy level across the range with a resolution of 0.01hPa. This is ideal for activities such as measuring resting/flow pressure and setting jet pressure on gas boilers. Further gas applications include testing newly installed pipes for load and tightness and performing serviceability verification on existing pipework.
The manometer has an automatic measurement recording mode with space for up to 25,000 readings on its internal memory which is ideal for verifying gas pressure regulators and the Testo 312-4 also has a temperature measurement function with ±0.4˚C accuracy and 0.01˚C resolution. Please note that a temperature probe is NOT provided as standard with the basic or high-pressure set options.
The manometer provides readings in both bar and hPa and has a backlit digital display which clearly shows reading values alongside the time. The user can select the most appropriate operating range in order to maximise resolution and it is also possible to set adjustable alarms which will warn of problematic rises or falls in pressure.
The internal memory for up to 25,000 readings can be downloaded from the Testo 312-4 using an RS232 cable. Once downloaded to a PC, the operator can use optional Easyheat PC software to analyse the findings and explain them to a customer. Operation is surprisingly simple thanks to the intuitive nature of the Testo 312-4 and, in addition, hard copies of results can be printed using the wireless Testo fast printer included in the basic set.
The Testo 312-4 comes supplied in a basic set with a hose set, balloon pump with release screw, 1/2” conical test plug, 3/4” conical test plug, Testo fast printer, heating system pressure set and a tough system carry case.

Testo 312-4 High Pressure Set
The Testo 312-4 High Pressure Set has several additional accessories that enable high-pressure testing, for example with load testing and leakproof testing on water pipes. These include a set of four high pressure plugs (3/8, 3/4, 1/2 & 1) and a high pressure measurement probe. These accessories result in a high pressure measurement range of 0 to 25bar with ±0.6% accuracy and 10mbar resolution.
