Testo 320 Flue Gas Analyser

This product is discontinued, it has been replaced by the Testo 300 Set.

The Testo 320 Flue Gas Analyser is the updated version of the Testo 320-1 and 320-2. It is an advanced flue gas analyser that measures a wide array of different variables including temperature (-40˚C to 1200˚C), draught (-9.99hPa to +40hPa), pressure (0 to 300hPa), oxygen (0 to 21%), CO (0 to 4000ppm), smoke number/HCT, and combustion efficiency (0 to 120%). It can also calculate CO2 content via O2 measurement whilst H2 compensation for carbon monoxide measurement increases the range to 0 to 8000ppm as well as enabling low CO measurement. These measurement and calculation functions all benefit from excellent resolution and accuracy, therefore making the Testo 320 an fantastic tool for gas and HVAC applications.

Readings are clearly shown on the Testo 320’s colourful graphic display. The screen can also display a country-specific flue gas matrix with different boilers and fuel types alongside acceptable measurement parameters for safe and efficient operation. The user is therefore always kept informed of the relative status of the combustion system under test.

The internal memory on the Testo 320 has enough room for up to 500 measurement values which can be accessed via the analyser’s intuitive menu system. Furthermore, this smart instrument boasts wireless Bluetooth connectivity which allows it to transfer data to the free Testo Combustion App. From there, it is possible to organise, analyse, report and store the results of inspections as well as forwarding them to colleagues around the world. Infrared connection to an optional printer is also available.

The Testo 320 comes in three different kits. The standard set features a 180mm flue gas probe, a USB charger and a carry case; the advanced set is the same as the standard set but contains an additional differential pressure and temperature set whilst the advanced printer set has all the same accessories plus a useful infrared printer. Optional probes can be used to enable ambient CO measurement, ambient CO2 measurement, and flammable gas detection.
