Testo 340 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser NO2/NOx Kit

The Testo 340 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser NO2/NOx Kit is particularly suited to performing advanced analysis on stationary industrial engines. It features a Testo 340 Flue Gas Analyser fitted with specific NO sensors that fit alongside its impressive measurement functions across a wide range of different parameters.

Flue Gas Measurement

The Testo 340 Flue Gas Analyser can measure oxygen (0 to 25%), CO (0 to 10,000ppm), NO (0 to 4000ppm), NO2 (0 to 500ppm), temperature (-40˚C to 1200˚C, probe dependent), draught (-40 to +40hPa), differential pressure (-200 to 200hPa), and absolute pressure (600 to 1150hPa). It can also calculate units such as efficiency (0 to 120%), flue gas loss (0 to 99.9%), flue gas dew point (0 to 99.9˚C), and CO2 (0 to CO2 max.).

The Testo 340 has extremely high accuracies for both measured and calculated values alongside excellent precision for each parameter. A particularly useful function on the analyser is the dilution feature which greatly increases the ranges for chemical concentration measurement. NO measurement jumps up to 20,000ppm, NO2 to 1000ppm, and CO to 50,000ppm, all without overloading the sensor.

Practicality

The Testo 340 NO/NO2 Kit has numerous innovations that make it easy to use. The Testo 340’s quick and simple probe connection system means that the analyser is compatible with a wide range of probes and that these probes are easy to change in the field. An rugged 7.8m gas sampling hose is available as an optional extra.

The compact, sturdy design of the analyser makes it ideal for tough environments and the integrated gas pump keeps flow constant when there is a problem with over pressure or negative pressure. Supplied accessories include a battery charger, carry strap and carry case.

Smart Features

Industry

Aside from its advanced measurement functions, the Testo 340 also boasts a range of smart features. Readings are shown on the four-line digital display and 13 different fuel types are saved to the internal memory with the option to add more fuel types as required. The logical internal database can save up to 200 records for up to 1000 separate locations.

Readings from the database can be transferred via wireless Bluetooth communication to the free Testo Combustion App on a compatible smart device. The app also allows the user to exert remote control over the analyser, save and send measurement protocols, view test data and print results on a Testo Bluetooth Printer. The analyser has an additional infrared port for use with Testo IrDA printers and is also compatible with optional Testo easyEmission analysis and reporting software.
