The Testo 512 Digital differential Pressure Meter is a user friendly, accurate device for measuring both differential pressure and air flow speed. Available in two models the 512-1 and the 512-2. The 512-1 has a pressure measurement range of 0-200mbar and the 512-2 has a range of 0-2000mbar.

Using the Testo 512 users are able to measure the gas pressure and static gas pressure on burners quickly and accurately. The Testo 512 can also be used for general pressure measurement, checking filters and Pitot tube measurements.

Both the 512-1 and the 512-2 have audible alarm capabilities, meaning an alarm will sound if a limit value has been exceeded. With a compact design and robust housing unit (IP40 rating) the Testo 512 is durable measurement tool for measuring pressure in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems

The testo 512-1

The Testo 512-1 is a Digital differential pressure manometer with Testo Smart App connectivity. It has a pressure measurement range of 0-200mbar suitable for checking filters and for Pitot tube measurement in ventilation ducts. Using both the instrument and the App users are also able calculate the volume flow. The Testo 512-1 can also be used to measure gas flow and static gas pressure. The 512-1 has an accuarcy of ±(0.3 Pa + 1% of m.v.) ±1 digit (0 to 25 hPa) ±(0.1 hPa + 1.5% of m.v.) ±1 digit (25.001 to 200 mbar) Reliable measurements can be taken thanks to the high accuarcy of the position independent differential pressure sensor.

Testo 512-2

The Testo 512-2 is a digital differential pressure manometer also with Testo Smart app connectivity. With a pressure measurement range of 0-2000hPa the Testo 512-2 is a simple, fast and precise measurement instrument ideal for measuring high pressures. Accuracy for the 512-2 is 0.5%fs. Timed and multi-point calculations can also be conducted using the 512-2.

Testo Smart App

The Testo Smart App supports the user being able to configure the measuring instrument. Users are able to view graphical measure value curve. Using a smart device with the downloaded app, users are able to turn their smart device into a second screen.

The Testo Smart App allows for operation, measurement and documentation of all compatible Bluetooth enabled Testo measuring instruments. With its intuitive measurement menus, quick configuration, the Testo Smart App is simple to use and allows for uncomplicated documentation to be completed. Measurements can be found quickly and easily with data shown in graphical and tabular curve display.

The App allows for data to be stored alongside customer information. Reports can be easily generated, including photos as PDF/CSV files and emailed directly from the smart device to colleagues or customers.

Data can be transferred to a PC using Testo's PC software DataControl. The App benefits from continuous updates and extensions
