TPI 709R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 1

The Kit 1 option for the TPI 709R Flue Gas Analyser features an TPI A740 IR Printer alongside the usual standard accessories. The analyser itself can measure levels of oxygen and carbon monoxide in flues whilst also calculating the carbon dioxide level. Further measurement options include temperature and pressure whilst ambient CO can also be assessed. In fact, the instrument refuses to shut down when unsafe levels of CO are detected in order to safeguard the user. Efficiency and excess air can also be calculated to assist the user when adjusting combustion systems and there are options for analysis on a range of different fuel types.

The TPI 709R has a backlit digital screen which clearly displays readings for every parameter. Up to 50 data sets can be saved to the internal memory and wireless infrared communication with the printer allows instant printing of results. The analyser is operated using smart push buttons and it also has internal software to help the user assess results.

Aside from the printer, the TPI 709R Kit 1 also features a flue probe and an air probe for taking measurements. To help keep the analyser safe from water and dust ingression, the probe has a water trap bowl filter and pump protection filter. This protection is backed up by a 6-year warranty (subject to regular servicing) and the rubber casing provides added protection. One charge of the battery provides enough power for 6 hours’ operation and the TPI 709R Kit 1 constitutes an excellent choice for those working on combustion systems.
