TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 5

The TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 5 contains the adaptable TPI 717R alongside several useful accessories which include an A740 IR printer, two CK21M pipe clamp temperature probes, a CPA1 probe set for flue-less appliances, and a TPI 719 gas leak detector for hydrocarbon gas detection.

The analyser itself measures several different parameters including oxygen level, carbon monoxide level, temperature, and pressure. Differential pressure and temperature calculation on the TPI 717R allows advanced analysis of combustion system performance whilst the calculation system can provide values for CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, efficiency and excess air content. There are also options for timed tightness tests and timed ambient CO build-up tests. The CPA1 probe set allows measurement on flue-less installations.

Both the TPI 717R and 719 contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. The analyser can measure ambient CO levels and will not shut down when dangerous concentrations are detected whilst the gas leak detector can sense a wide range of organic gases and has extremely high sensitivity.

Results are shown on the analyser’s clear, backlit display which also gives a countdown to the next service due date when the TPI 717R is switched on. A maximum of 100 data sets can be saved to the internal memory and then wirelessly transferred to the infrared printer for printing on site.

Water and dust filters in the flue gas probe help prevent ingress into the analyser and it is also protected by tough rubber-boot cladding. With a six-year warranty, the TPI 717R is an analyser you can rely on and it is perfectly supplemented by the accessories contained in Kit 5.
