What Happens Now?

2 Review & Confirm

Upon submitting your booking our team will review and confirm within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). You will receive confirmation of booking by e-mail along with instructions for returning your equipment. This includes collection tracking number, returns label, instructions for packaging and confirmation of costs. If you have chosen our Pickup Shop option your confirmation will include returns label and details of nearest drop off points.

Please feel free to contact us with any question after having received confirmation of booking.

3 Collection/Return Of Equipment

Following steps in your confirmation e-mail, please prepare your equipment for collection/shipping.

If you have selected our Collection option you will receive a 1-hour notification by e-mail/text on the day. If you have selected our Pickup Shop option you can arrange drop off at a convenient time and location. You may also arrange return using your own service or drop off at our trade counter in Leeds (Calibration House, LS13 2AF).

Our collection services are fully insured provided that the equipment is suitably packaged. Transit time to us is within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

4 Calibration/Repair

Upon receipt our team will get underway with calibrating or repairing your equipment ASAP. In the event that any repairs are required we will contact you with details and costs.

From arrival with us your equipment is typically calibrated and ready for return within 3 working days*. If you select Express Calibration on our form we will aim to have the items ready for return within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only).

When the work has been completed we will contact you to arrange return, subject to payment. We will also make you aware if any test leads or accessories failed functional checks.

5 Equipment Returned

Your equipment is returned using a traceable and insured next working day DPD service. On the day of return delivery you will receive a 1-hour notification by e-mail/text so that you can plan your day accordingly. If the time of delivery is not suitable you can either re-arrange the date or arrange delivery to a nearby pickup point.
