A solution made to fit
Upon receipt of your application we will get in touch to discuss your test equipment requirements in greater detail. Our goal is to add value to our customers. This could be through savings on equipment, quicker delivery times, better support on products or applications, a quicker calibration service or just a mix of them all.
Wherever possible we will aim to set custom pricing for products where requirement is ongoing. We will look to set up a credit account so that purchase orders can be submitted by e-mail or online with payment terms of 30 or 60 days. We will assign a designated point of contact who will know your requirements and order history.
Online B2B portal
Upon activation of your account we can provide access to your own B2B web portal that showcases only products approved with pricing assigned to you. This will also allow you to create and share internal quotes as well as submit the purchase order when approved. Access to the portal can be set with specific user permissions to ensure that it works throughout your organisation.
Calibration and inventory
If your requirements include calibration services you will be able to access all your calibration certificates within a secure cloud environment giving you easy access to your certificates anytime and anywhere.
For a quick and continuous delivery performance we can also discuss holding excess inventory for faster moving product lines.
