    The FLIR E5 continues the ease of use available on FLIR’s latest edition of Thermal cameras. With a 120 x 90 Thermal resolution this camera is versatile enough to be used on a variety of applications. The E5 is extremely sensitive down to < 0.10°C thus granting it the ability to take images suitable for electrical, heating and plumbing inspections. The camera takes Thermal and digital images simultaneously, pairing them within the playback menu. This feature ensures an engineer can quickly reference the exact problematic area in any situation.

    The FLIR E5-XT Thermal Imaging Camera is a useful tool for professionals working across a range of sectors including the electrical, mechanical and construction industries. It has an IR sensor with a thermal resolution of 160 x 120 pixels and a temperature measurement range of -20˚C to 400˚C. Readings are accurate to ±2˚C and it has a thermal sensitivity of 100mK, thus showing small temperature differences on screen.

     

    The 3” colour display shows thermal images in black and white, iron and rainbow palettes. It has a 45˚ x 34˚ field of view and the FLIR E5-XT provides clear, focus-free imaging with a 9Hz image refresh rate. Centre spot measurement and area min/max measurement are available and Isotherm alarms can also be set whilst an inbuilt emissivity table allows the user to adjust measurement for surface type.

    The Testo 868 Thermal Imaging Camera has several useful features which help the user make the most of its impressive thermographic capabilities. The non-contact infrared thermal sensor has a resolution of 160 x 120 pixels and measures temperature from -30˚C to 650˚C over two separate ranges. Thermal sensitivity is just 100mK meaning that temperature differences as small as 0.1˚C can be visualised on screen. The fixed-focus 31˚ x 23˚ field of view allows the user to make quick inspections over a large area while hot and cold spot recognition also highlights the extremes present on screen.

    The FLIR Scout III 320 is designed for outdoor use, particularly in camping, hiking and hunting. It has a 336 x 256 pixel thermal sensor that is capable of detecting heat patterns from machines, humans, and animals from a distance of up to 550m away. Thermal sensitivity of just 0.05˚C allows small temperature differences to be depicted on the high resolution LCD display. Different palettes include black hot, white hot and InstAlert and the fixed focus lens always provides a clear image. The camera has a composite video output and it is practical, robust, and has a 5-hour battery life for use outdoors.

    The FLIR E6-XT Thermal Imaging Camera has an infrared sensor with a thermal resolution of 240 x 180 pixels and thermal sensitivity of 100mK. The extended temperature measurement range of -20˚C to 550˚C means that the camera has multiple applications across a wide range of industries and readings are accurate to ±2˚C. A fixed focus, 45˚ x 34˚ field of view allows the user to scan large areas very efficiently.

    Thermal images are shown on the FLIR E6-XT’s 3” colour screen and three different colour palettes available: black and white, rainbow, or iron. Notably, the thermal camera has an inbuilt digital camera which can produce a visual image to sit alongside thermographs. It is also used for picture-in-picture, image blending and FLIR’s trademark MSX® image enhancement feature.     The Testo 872 Thermal Imaging Camera provides high-quality thermal images and video footage using its 320 x 240 pixel thermal sensor. The camera uses non-contact infrared temperature measurement which goes from -30˚C to 650˚C with an accuracy of ±2˚C or 2%. Thermal sensitivity of 60mK means that temperature differences of just 0.06˚C are visible on screen.

    Images and video are shown on the Testo 872’s vibrant screen which has a wide range of different colour palettes and two levels of digital zoom. On-screen area measurement provides useful information to the user alongside automatic hot/cold spot recognition. An integrated laser marker and digital camera take visual images to go alongside thermal images, thus facilitating easier analysis after inspections have been carried out. The camera, featuring a surface moisture display, is suitable for detecting mould, leaks, thermal bridges and overheating components as well as a whole host of other applications.

The thermal sensor has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels with a measurement range of -20˚C to 550˚C. Thermal sensitivity of 50mK means that temperature differences of just 0.05˚C can be depicted on screen.

    The FLIR E8-XT has a 3” colour LCD screen that can show thermal images in a number of different colour palettes. The lens has a field of view of 45˚ x 34˚ with fixed focus imaging and there are handy features such as centre spot measurement, min/max area readings, and Isotherm above/below alarms.

    The FLIR E95 is the highest-spec camera in FLIR’s Exx range and is the perfect instrument for performing building inspections and surveys thanks to its impressive thermal capabilities and excellent connectivity options. Wi-Fi allows wireless data transfer of video and image files to a PC or smart device whilst Bluetooth enables readings from compatible meters to be shown alongside thermal images in order to facilitate in-depth analysis.     The FLIR T540 is an incredibly advanced thermal camera designed for professionals working in the power generation and distribution sectors as well as in industry and manufacturing. Alongside an excellent measurement range, thermal sensitivity and resolution, the T540 also boasts a rotating optical block which is really useful when performing inspections in awkward or challenging environments.
