The FLIR i65 App-Enabled Thermal Camera with LGE is a next-generation inspection camera that combines high-performance thermography with an app-driven platform and cellular data communication for scalable, connected condition monitoring. Built on FLIR’s ACE operating system, it helps standardise inspections across teams and sites, reduce reporting time, and support faster maintenance decisions. The i65 offers a 480 × 640 pixel IR resolution with a wide 38° × 49° field of view for clear imaging, plus excellent thermal sensitivity of <40 mK to detect small temperature differences. Practical features including a built-in worklight, laser pointer, 8 MP visual camera, and bright 5-inch touchscreen improve inspection efficiency, with MSX imaging and picture-in-picture helping combine thermal and visual context. Wi-Fi, USB-C, and FLIR Ignite cloud connectivity simplify storing and sharing results, while optional FLIR Assetlink adds structured, asset-centric workflows.
