Fluke T6-1000 PRO Electrical Tester

The Fluke T6-1000 PRO Electrical Tester is a voltage and current meter with a number of impressive features. A single screen showing both voltage and current readings simultaneously allows users to save time when trouble shooting electrical equipment. Fluke’s FieldSense technology delivers one of the safest approaches to AC voltage, current and frequency measurement by removing the need for metal-to-metal contact with live voltage. In addition, the T6-1000’s Visual Continuity system provides immediate visual feedback, turning the screen bright green on detection. Visual Continuity is often invaluable in industrial environments, which can offer high noise levels or require hearing protection, making audible (beeper) continuity detection impractical. These features make this unit a safe and efficient choice for those looking for a complete electrical tester.

As a True-RMS device, the T6-1000 ensures accurate voltage and current measurements, even when measuring complex signals. Voltage measurements up to 1000V AC and current measurements up to 200A AC are supported, all through the open-fork FieldSense design. Connect the black lead to ground with the included heavy-duty alligator clip, slide the wire between the fork and see voltage and current displayed simultaneously, all without the need for test lead contact with live voltage.

With a jaw opening of 17.8mm, the T6-1000 supports wire gauges up to AWG 4/0. A clear, backlit display and a convenient HOLD button able to freeze screen values for easy viewing, make this tester a competitive choice for a range of environments. An extendable 2-4 year warranty also provides ample reassurance on Fluke’s commitment to quality.
