The Megger PAT150R Contractors PAT Testing Kit is designed with portability and simplicity in mind, performing all the essential electrical safety checks, including earth bond continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, and substitute leakage tests. Automatic test sequences for Class I and Class II appliances, as well as IEC and extension leads, help speed up routine testing and reduce the amount of manual input required.

For users who need more than just basic PAT testing, the PAT150R also offers portable RCD testing along with earth and touch leakage current measurements. Results are clearly displayed on the backlit digital screen, complete with straightforward PASS/FAIL indicators, making it quick and easy to assess equipment on the spot. The tester is suitable for Class I and Class II appliances, extension leads, power leads, and IT equipment, and can also be used with compatible 110V or 415V equipment when the appropriate adaptors are fitted.

Its rechargeable battery system make the PAT150R ideal for moving between appliances or testing equipment across multiple locations within a workplace. The built-in charger allows the AA batteries to be recharged without removing them from the tester, helping to minimise downtime between testing sessions.

As a manual PAT tester, the PAT150R does not have internal memory storage, so results need to be recorded separately in a suitable PAT testing logbook or on the supplied PAT certificate pad. This makes it particularly suitable for users who only need to test a manageable number of appliances rather than large-scale testing programmes requiring extensive electronic data storage.

The kit also includes a range of useful accessories to support day-to-day testing, including an IEC adaptor, PAT certificate pad, two packs of 500 PASS labels, 250 PASS wrap labels, 200 FAIL labels, and 250 Tuff Tag cable wrap labels.
