About The Kit

Providing everything required to perform a variety of safety and operational tests on EVSE charge points, this new DiLOG kit offers some serious value at under £1000.

The DL9130EV Multifunction Tester boasts an impressive array of features, including 6mA pure DC test for RDC-CC verification and a full EV testing sequence for verifying the DC protection. A new introduction in this model are Rmax and Zmax features, able to automatically capture maximum values for R1+R2 continuity tests and Zs tests and displaying them upon completion. RCD test types include AC, A, B and S; auto RCD testing functionality is also present for convenience. Additional convenience features include auto sensing for high current 2 and 3 wire loop tests, enabling the device to detect when users are performing a 2 wire or 3 wire loop/PSCC measurements without the need for mode selection. The prescence of a colour RGB display on the DL9130EV is another noticible feature, as it’s able to visually indicate potential pass/fail conditions. The screen also presents values using large, clear digits and is fully backlit, making viewing easy in low light areas.

The DLEV1 EVSE Adaptor is a universal unit, compatible with all MFTs and all type 1/2 EV plug connectors. It features a 13A socket for MFT mains leads and can also be powered through inline load connection, 4mm input terminals are also present for use with 3-phase connections. The adaptor functions to simulate various test states within the charging unit, including control pilot (CP) and proximity pilot (PP) to ensure proper connection and operation with between the unit and vehicle. Error states (including CP error “E”), signal output and load connection can all be tested, alongside Protective Earth (PE) pre-test and PE error.

The DL9130EV Kit represents great value for those looking to enter the EV charging installation market. Di-LOG’s latest MFT is a strong addition to their range, featuring a variety of innovative new features to support installation engineers, while the adaptor provides compatibility with all charge stations and enables a great range of safety and operational testing modes.
